コレクトリスターにTOYショップを乗っ取られていた店長が解放され、大阪の問屋の様子もオカシイという情報を得る。
※ネオジャパンに敗れたコレクトリスターは逃げ出し、世界中の繁華街を転々としているそうだ‥
その頃大阪のTOY問屋では、世界中から来た取引先やお客さんが姿を消したり、まるで人が変わったかのようになる現象が起きていた。
TOYショップ事件が問屋に関係していると考えたDr.Kは、ネオジャパンとアイアンミートに大阪出張を依頼する。
大阪の商店街は無法地帯と化しており、到着したネオジャパンとアイアンミートは、異様な気配に包まれたTOY問屋を発見する。
「商売繁盛！！！毎度おおきにぃぃ〜！！！」
問屋に入ると奇妙なお面をつけた商売人が声を張り上げ、お腹にある舞台で、TOY劇場が始まった。
商売人は口を開けてTOY劇場に見入っている二人をめがけてバットを振りかぶってきた！
ネオジャパンは運良く避け、バットはその先にいたアイアンミートのほっぺたに直撃した。
吹っ飛んだアイアンミートは、TOYが入った段ボールに直撃し、たくさんのTOYが壊れてしまう。
壊れたTOYをみて正気に戻ったネオジャパンは怒りが爆発する。
「今日がお前の閉店記念日じゃああああ！！！！」
大阪アナーキーという名の奴は自身の体にTOY劇場を併設しており、一度に多くの取引先やお客さんを洗脳するっ‥！！！
陽気で明るい福耳商人のお面は、購買意欲を増幅させる効果があるという‥。

Meanwhile in Osaka. At a TOY Wholesale Shop. Clients and customers from around the world were dissappearing, or were undergoing sudden personality changes.
This may have something to do with the TOY Shop Incident, thought Dr. K.
He asks NEO JAPAN and IRON MEAT to go on a Business Trip to Osaka.
Osaka's Shopping Street had become a jungle, and NEO JAPAN and IRON MEAT finds a uncanny TOY Wholesale Shop.
“ Booming Business!!! Gracias!!! ”
A merchant with a strange mask welcomes them at the top of his voice, and on the stage, a stage in the merchant's stomach, the TOY theater starts playing.
NEO JAPAN and IRON MEAT are dazzled by the show, mouth wide open…and does not realize the merchant swinging at them, full power, a bat.
Luckily NEO JAPAN dodged the attack, but the bat hit bulls eye on IRON MEATt's cheek, IRON MEAT flew, and crashed into box full of TOYs, destroying many.Seeing the broken TOYs, NEO JAPAN came back to sanity, and exploded with anger.
